Tanta's Treasures maintains products on the website even if they are out of stock in an effort that our customers can special order an item and is willing to wait for it's production. The approximate time for delivery will be provided at the time the request is made since all items are imported. The item will be made consistent with the description and picture. If you desire that a customized version be created or an altogether different and custom piece, just contact us and we will do our best to make it happen.

A Few Words About Diamonds — IMPORTANT!
All of our diamond jewelry is guaranteed to be as it is described. It is also guaranteed to appraise at a greater value than the price you pay when you purchase it from us. However, it is extremely important that you, as a diamond jewelry purchaser, are aware of some things regarding diamond value, regardless of where, or from whom, you make your purchase(s).
One of the most important things you should keep in mind is that diamond grading is subjective.
This means that you are very likely to get different grading reports and appraisals from different experts. Upon request after purchase, we provide you with a grading and/or an appraisal in good faith with every effort possible devoted to accuracy. You should, however, understand that, if you try, you can find someone - expert or other - who will differ with the grading appraisal. This is possible no matter what diamond you buy or where you buy it.
Most often the difference is simply a result of the inexact nature of diamond and gemstone grading and the subjectivity mentioned above. This, unfortunately, can also occur for another reason. If you take an item to any jeweler, tell him/her you bought it (or are considering buying it) on the internet, and ask for an appraisal/grading, he/she might feel the need to impress and compel you to see his/her service as valuable and perhaps even want to appear as "saving" you from internet diamond sales which he/she sees as always a bad deal. The local jeweler may want to convince you to return the item and buy from him/her instead. You can sometimes see this referenced on the internet as a "local jeweler killed the sale" feedback response. There is also, of course, the possibility that, with absolutely no nefarious or self-serving intent at all, their evaluation simply differs from ours, whether higher or lower.
The bottom line is that, if within 3 days of receiving your internet order (or 7 days after your local/in-person purchase) you are unhappy with it for any reason, just return it to us undamaged, unworn, or untampered with, and you will receive a full refund. It is just that simple. You cannot ask for a better guarantee.*
